Asset Hub (Photoshelter)
Using the EO Asset Hub (Photoshelter)
EO provides an Asset Hub to its members and staff for anyone in need of photos, video content, graphics, or other
creative materials for their EO project.
Step 1
Go to eonetwork.photoshelter.com
Step 2
Click Login on the top right corner, then click Internal Login. Log in to the EO Hub if you’re not already signed in.
Step 3
Browse videos and photos. Under the galleries tab, click Videos and Photos. Here you can browse images from specific events, chapters and programmes. You can navigate in the drill down menu to the left.
Step 4
Discover Brand Assets. Click on the Resources tab. Here you can find brand resources such as brand guides and templates, marketing and recruitment toolkits, and member stories.
Step 5
Download content. Click the download button at the bottom of your screen. A prompt will pop up asking the resolution of the asset. You can choose depending on how you plan to use the asset, but original file size is usually best.
Pro Tips!
Use the search bar. Everything in the Asset Hub is tagged by the name or type of asset, year, and location.
Photos are also tagged by Photoshelter’s artificial intelligence algorithm, so various objects and features in the photos are also searchable Batch download a group of files.
If you’re in a gallery, select the individual files you want to download, or click Select All to download everything in the gallery.
